Join the national conversation as we share our insights on the latest strategies and information for advancing health equity. What will we talk about? Join us as we host the NHEC Webinar to learn more about the impact of executive actions on advancing health equity, the effect of federal changes on communities, and strategies for rapid response to address these actions. Learn how to implement strategies to mitigate the effects on your community. Meeting objectives: • Discuss recent executive actions and their ongoing impact on efforts to advance health equity • Assess short- and long-term effects of federal changes on communities, community organizations, healthcare and public health practitioners, research institutions, and others • Explore strategies for rapid review and response, advocacy, and individual and community preservation Who can attend? Community leaders, community organizations, national organizations, public health practitioners, and primary care practitioners, this event is for you! This includes: • general public • grass root non-profit organizations • academic institutions • inpatient and outpatient health care facilities • clinician networks • hospital systems • faith-based organizations • federal agencies Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) captioning will be provided.
